Religious Professions

“God has willed to gibe the Church the gift of our Institute. He wants it to take root and spread in the world. And so, in his great love he continues to plant the seeds of this particular vocation in the hearts of certain people.” (Rol, § 174) Yes, Our Lord keeps on calling certain young men who dare answer His call. If you remember well, in July and August 2008, 29 Brothers made their first religious profession. And in December 2008 and January 2009, others said yes to Christ’s call to follow Him in the consecrated life. Here are their names: Brothers André Márcio Brito de Sousa, Raimondo Nonato do Largo Bezerra and Felipe Raphael Paiva da Silva from the Province of Brazil; Brothers José Leonar Botero Martínez, Orlando Gonzales Alarcón and Ricardo Juan Martínez Rueda from the Province of Colombia. Congratulations to all those young men who can rely on God’s presence at their side; may they also count on the prayers and the fraternal support of their elders.
