Afrique centrale:
Honoré ALLAH-FI NDJAYE, Pierre KOMBAYE BERTORNGAÏ, Jean-Pierre ALLADOUM (died in a road accident on december 26, 2009) and Lucien YANKIMADJI (died in the same accident).
Colombia:
Julio Alberto DÍAZ CANTILLO, José Antonio GONZÁLEZ BARRAZ, David Fernando MARÍN CASTILLO, Miguel Ángel OROZCO ZULUAGA and Roberto Mario RUEDA QUINTERO.
Eastern and Southern Africa:
